Amritsar, Sept. 17 (Dharminder Rataul)- Khalsa College Public School (KCPS) student and upcoming national level swimmer Naseeb Dhillon has won the gold medal in CBSE North Zone Swimming Championship, held at Rohtak. He competed in 800 meters free style stroke swimming. He also won another gold medal in 200 meters free style stroke and got silver medal in 100 meters free style. KCPS’s another student Ishwanpreet Singh also won gold medal in 200 meters butterfly stroke while Sartaj Singh won Bronze medal in 50 meters stroke, KCPS Principal Dr.Sarvjit Kaur Brar. Dr.Brar added that Naseeb Dhillon has been selected for Asian Camp (Junior) being held at Delhi, which is being organized by Swimming Federation of India. “It is a great pride l for our school that our students have brought laurels to the school by winning the medals”, she added saying congratulating students, their coaches and Physical Education department of the school for these achievements.
