All India Inter-University Track Cycling Championships inaugurated at GNDU

Amritsar, Oct 31(Punjab Post Bureau) – Four-day All India Inter-University Track Cycling (Men and Women) Championships was inaugurated here today in the Cycling Velodrome of the Guru Nanak Dev University. More than 50 different Universities teams comprising about 400 cyclists including 40 international cyclists are participating in these Championships. This championship will conclude on November 02. The competitions were started with Kerian Race (Men) at 9.00 am. on 30^th Oct, 2019 followed by Kerian Race (Women) for Qualifying rounds.  After that Point Race and Sprint events (Men and Women) were conducted. These competitions are full of excitement and enthusiasm as the cyclists are showing their prowess and skill professionally and giving a very tough competition to its competitor.  As per the latest report, the finals of the Kerian Race and Point Race (Men and Women) respectively were going on.
