SGHS Sec. Public School G.T. Road Boy wins Rs 5000.00 in CBSE Swachh Bharat Swachh Vidyal

Amritsar, Oct. 15 (Manjit Kaur) – Harkirat Singh of class VIII of Sri Guru Harkrishan Sr. Sec. Public School, G.T. Road brought laurales in “Swachh Bharat Swachh Vidyalaya” compaign expression series started by C.B.S.E. on Mahatma Gandhi and Sanitation 2014. He was rewarded with Rs. 5000.00. He suggested various ways to beatuify Ram Bagh & preserve the national heritage of this place & make it a top most tourist place. He said that this is a mass movement and the more we associate this with a common person the more, we have the chances of success & fulfill the dream of Swachh Bharat envisioned by Gandhi. The Principal/Director Dr. Dharam Veer Singh congratulated Harkirat Singh for his efforts & further added that such programs & innovative activities are very beneficial to bring out the talent & creativity of the students.
