BBK DAV College bags 1st Runners up position in Inter College Badminton Championship

Amritsar, Oct. 18 (Punjab Post Bureau) – The Badminton team of BBK DAV College for Women, Amritsar bagged 1^st Runners up position in GNDU Inter College Badminton Championship held at GNDU Campus from October 13-15, 2014. The college team won the position by defeating S.D.S. College Jalandhar and Khalsa College for Women, with a score of 2-0. Ms. Sargun of the college has been selected for North Zone Intervarsity Badminton Championship which is going to be held at Cuttack from October 27-31, 2014. Principal of the College Dr. (Mrs.) Neelam Kamra and HOD of Sports Department Ms. Sweety Bala alongwith Coach Mr. Dalip Kumar congratulated the students for this achievement.
