Vaccination Camp Organized at Khalsa College

Amritsar, July 16 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Over 100 staff members including senior teachers were vaccinated at the day-long- anti-Covid-19 Vaccination Camp, organized at Khalsa College Campus here. The camp was organized by the management of the College in collaboration with the Department of Health, said Principal Dr. Mehal Singh.

            He said the camp was conducted by Dr. Amanpreet from Primary Health Centre Putlighar and her associate Dr. Nisha. Khalsa College’s Medical Officer Dr. Charanjit Singh arranged all the supporting staff and infrastructure. Dr. Mehal Singh thanked the team of Civil Surgeon office for safeguarding the lives of the people. Rajinder Mohan Singh Chhina Honorary Secretary Khalsa College Governing Council has already issued orders for Corona Vaccination. The staff members of the college have benefited from this special initiative today, he said.

            The College would open in the coming times from covid restrictions, they would continue to avail this facility of the government in collaboration with the department for the vaccination.

            Dr. Amanpreet said that during today’s special vaccination camp, they received the full support from the college administrators and the entire staff.
