Combined Annual Training Camp of 24 Pb. Battalion NCC at Khalsa College of Eng. and Technology

 Amritsar, November 24 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Combined Annual Trainingof 24 Punjab Battalion NCC Amritsar, 2 Air Sqn NCC Amritsar and 2 Naval Unit NCC Amritsarcommenced on20^thNov and willcontinue till 26^th Nov 2021 at Khalsa College of Engineering and Technology, Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar.

                 The camp was inspected by Brig. Rohit Kumar, Group Commander, NCC Gp Amritsar. During the visit he addressed the cadets of all three wings of NCCand witnessed aSelf Defence lecture cum demonstration and Aero Modelling Show during the Camp.

                  Around 550 Cadets from various colleges and schools of Amritsar and other districts of Punjab were seen participating in various activities enthusiastically. During the camp, training on weapon handling, map reading and drill along with personality development will be given to the cadets. The aim of the camp is to instill a sense of unity, patriotism, team work and discipline among the cadets.

               Brig Rohit Kumar appreciated the efforts by CO 24 PbBn NCC, NCC Group Amritsar and said that these kinds of camps bring the sense of responsibility and multifaceted personality development among the cadets.
