Mayor Rintu and Commissioner Kumar Saurabh holds meeting with eastern and southern constituencies councillors

Amritsar, August 6 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Mayor Karamjit Singh and Commissioner Kumar Saurabh Raj directed to start the meetings of Vidhan Sabha constituency wise ward councilor keeping the overall development of all the wards of Amritsar city as a priority. The meeting of councilors of eastern and southern constituencies was held. Newly appointed Commissioner Kumar Saurabh Raj was warmly welcomed by the councilors present in today’s meeting. Each councilor was heard separately by the Mayor and the Commissioner and the problems arising related to the ward were noted. The councilors present in the meeting were assured by the mayor and the commissioner that all the works related to their wards which have been passed in the house will be started soon and apart from that, each of the councilors will be informed about the upcoming finances. And for the meeting of the contract committee asked to prepare the estimate ward wise of the work costing 25 to 30 lakh rupees so that these works can be passed and put into practice. The councilors present in the meeting thanked the mayor and the commissioner.
