The league matches of 27th Senior Women’s National Football Championship organized

Amritsar, April 5 (Punjab Post Bureau) – The league matches of one of the six pool matches of 27th Senior Women’s National Football Championship was organized in Guru Nanak Dev University Football Ground. In the the final day competition as per the final tally, Haryana football team was on top with 7 points, Punjab Football team was second with 5 points and Sikkim team was third with 5 points.  Haryana and Punjab Football teams have qualified for All India Football league.

Dean Students’ Welfare, Prof. Preet Mohinder Singh Bedi & Mrs. Harpreet Kaur congratulated the position holders teams and awarded them medals, trophies. S. Gurdev S., Arjuna Awardee, Vijay Bali, Joint Secretary, Amritpal Singh, Daljit Singh, District Football Coach, Harjit Singh, President DFA Ferozpur were also present.
