Union Finance Minister Arun jaitley laid foundation stone of “CKD School of Excellence “

Amritsar, July 14 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Union Finance Minister Sh. Arun Jaitley, during his visit to Amritsar , laid foundation stone of CKD school of Excellence at Shubam Enclave, Near Daburji in the gracious presence of Parliament Secretary Sh.K.C.Bhandari, Cabinet Minster Sh. Anil Joshi , BJP president (Punjab) Sh. Kamal Sharma, Mayor Bakshi Ram Arora and other social and political personalities.

All CKD dignitaries welcomed social, political and administrative personalities. At this occasion, S. Charanjit Singh Chadha commented that new world class Residential cum Day Boarding School CKD school of Excellence would come up in 4.5 acre purchased at the cost of Rs. 8 crore by Chief Khalsa Diwan . Its construction cost is expected to be Rs. 20 crore. CKD school of Excellence would be excellent in all spheres of education. It would be equipped with Hostel facility, swimming pool and all other ultra modern computer and science labs facilities and modern games like Horse riding, Swimming etc. would also be the part of curricular activities for students. Fully A.C CKD School of Excellence would impart a Hi-tech Quality based Education of International level. The new facilties in the school would be designed to better equip school to lead the way in an innovative technology. President S. Charanjit Singh Chadha also put a light on the recent achievements and selfless service to humanity by Chief Khalsa Diwan.

Sh. Arun jaitley applauded the selfless services and Contribution of Chief Khalsa Diwan in decreasing illiteracy rate hence playing a vital role in enhancing the prosperity of the country. He expected that sown seed of knowledge would definitely make possible the dream of making CKD school of excellence an exceptional one
