Drawing and Painting workshop held at BBK DAV College for Women

Amritsar, Oct. 26 (Punjab Post Bureau)-  A one day Drawing and Painting workshop was held by the Bachelor of Design Department-Foundation of BBK DAV College for Women. Prof. Pankaj Saroj was the guest of honour from ‘College of Art’, Chandigarh. The workshop had the ingredients of all mediums. The workshop started with the demos of water landscapes followed by charcoal sticks drawings, portraits in soft pastels, fabric painting and also illustrations by pencils, pencil colours, acrylic colours etc. The students learnt the difference between the mediums and its working techniques on different surfaces and textures. Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Neelam Kamra appreciated the work & motivated the students. Head of Department Ms. Mandeep, Dr. Lalit Gopal, Mr. Jaspal &  Ms. Megha Arora were all present during the workshop.
