Rich Tributes paid to Mahatma Hansraj at DAV International

Amritsar, Nov. 17 (Punjab Post Bureau)-A Special programme was conducted at DAV International on 14^th November, 2015 on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Mahatma Hansraj. As per the traditions of Arya Samaj, a holy Yajna was performed in the school premises by Principal Anjana Gupta, teachers and students. It was followed by the melodious presentation of Vedic Bhajans. Some students also highlighted the eventful life of the great saint.

Principal Anjana Gupta, while addressing the students, remarked that Mahatma Hansraj Ji’s life is a great source of inspiration for all. He rendered valuable contribution in spreading Vedic Education. Following the footsteps of Swami Dayanand Saraswati, he worked for the rights of women. He also motivated the youth to follow the right path in their lives thereby resulting in the progress of the country. She advised the students to learn from the life of this great man and bring name & fame for themselves, their parents, their school and their country at large.
