CM Badal to inaugurate CKD Conference Hall & Kalgidhar Auditorium on Jan. 10
Amritsar, Jan. 6 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Chief Khalsa Diwan is all set for a huge Nagar Kirtan commemorating the birthday of Sri Guru Gobind Singh in which all the schools and colleges under Chief Khalsa Diwan are going to participate. In a Press conference called for the purpose President S. Charanjit Singh Chadha put the light on the preparations of Grand Nagar Kirtan . He said that huge Nagar Kirtan will start from Sri Guru Harkrishan Public Sen. Sec. School G. T. Road to Golden Temple at 9:00 a.m on 15th Jan., 2016.. This holy procession will represent the Sadh sangat of various school Bhagatan wala, Pragdass, Airport road, Majitha Road, Golden Avenue, Majhwind, Sultanwind link Road, Ranjit Avenue, and other Schools of Ajnala, Navan Pind, Taran Tarn and Patti including CKD Institute of Management and Technology of Amritsar and Taran Tarn and Chief Khalsa Diwan Internatiional Nursing College. The Nagar Kirtan would pass from Bhandari Bridge, Hall bazar, Nagar Nigam Chowk, Saragadi Chowk, and Jallianwala bagh and would finally end at Golden Temple. A special efforts would also be performed by Chief Khalsa Diwan for the cleanliness to be maintained during Nagar Kirtan. He also declared that Chief Khalsa Diwan would start the new year 2016 with inauguration of newly built well equipped with latest technology Chief Khalsa Diwan Conference Hall and also of Kalgidhar Auditorium by Chief Minister S. Parkash Singh Badal on 10 Jan., 2015 at 4:00 p.m. President S. Charanjit Singh Chadha. President also highlighted the New projects going to be completed in 2016 and hoped that Like 2015, this new year will also be the year of prosperity and glory for Chief Khalsa Diwan. At this occasion Hon. Secretary S. Narinder Singh Khurana , S. Harminder Singh, Gurudwara Incharge S. Tajinder Singh (Sardar Pagri House), S. Gurinder Singh Chawla, S. Navrpeet Singh Sahni Director Education Dr. Dharamveer Singh, Principals of CKD schools and colleges were present.
