Mughaland Nawabi Dishes in Mughalai Style Ready to Serve Amritsaries

Amritsar, April 1 (Punjab Post Bureau)- Amritsar city is renowned for its Nawabi style and taste. HK Clarks Inn hotel has taken initiative to serve guests with its unique and traditional  Mughalai style Food Festival ( Biryani and Kabab)  which has been started  from April 1 and continue to April  10 , 2016 .  While addressing Press Conference, General Manager Mr. Tarsem Singh commented that the mouth watering dishes include Akbari Murg Kabab, Kalmi Kabab, Murg Hydrabadi Biryani, Paneer Tikka, Firdosi Kabab, Kashmiri veg. Biryani, Sultana Phaldhari Til wale Aloo, Shahjahani Seekh Kabab, Awadhi Dum biryani etc which are enriched with traditional spices like  saffron, javetri and cardamom etc.. He said that Chef Mr. Surinder Kumar had  created magic with succulent Kababs and Biryani in a traditional way. These dishes  would be served by attractive mughlai attired attendants in an authentic way amidst live music. The catering pattern and techniques would surely be splendorous Mughal style.  Senior FNC Manager Mr. Vijay Kumar, Accommodation Manger Mr. Mohit Sharma and other staff members also witnessed press conference.
