Glorious result of SGHPS achievers in Class X, ICSE Examination 2016

Amritsar, May 8  (Punjab Post Bureau)- Our students have maintained our glorious tradition and once again proved themselves in class X  ICSE Board Examination, held in March 2016.They have made us proud by scoring 96% in their result declared on May 06, 2016. They have brought laurels to school by showing remarkable result, all with First divisions.  89 students appeared in all. 35 students scored more than 90%. 33 students got 80% -89%, 15 students scored 70% -79%, 6 students were falling in the category of 60% – 69%.  Highest percentage was scored by Retainderbir Kaur – 96%, followed by Manmeet Kaur – 95.4% and Harkirat Singh – 95%.

Mrs. Nirmal Kaur, Principal of the school congratulated the laudable achievers for their glorious journey. She also appreciated the diligent efforts of the staff members and co-operation of the parents.  Mrs. Nirmal Kaur, said in her speech that the students have proved the motto of school i.e. “The will to win, the desire to succeed, the urge to reach to the full potential, these are three keys with which you can unlock the door to excellence.”
