35 DAV Public School Students prove Mettle in NSO

Amritsar, May 9 (Punjab Post Bureau)- 35 students of DAV Public School , Lawrence Road, were honoured for securing Top Ranks  in National Science Olympiad organised by SOF (Science Olympiad Foundation) . 8 students out of these proved their mettle by winning Gold Medal of Excellence for securing State Rank between 1 – 25. Among school toppers ,  9 students bagged Gold Medal , 9 students bagged Silver Medal and  9 students received Bronze Medal for their excellent performance in the first level of the Olympiad after competing  with their counterparts  from all over India. All these students carved a niche for themselves with their hard work and aim to bring laurels to the school with their diligent efforts.

Regional Director Punjab Zone – A Dr. (Mrs.) Neelam Kamra and the Manager of the school Dr. Rajesh Kumar , Principal  DAV College Amritsar congratulated the students for their achievement and blessed them for their future endeavours.

Dr. Neera Sharma Principal of the school was happy at the performance of the students and congratulated the teachers and the students for their brilliant performance. She encouraged the students to maintain their performance in future also.
