KCL students bag top GNDU Positions

Amritsar, July 19 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Khalsa College of Law (KCL) students have excelled in various semester examinations of BA.LLB, conducted by the Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU). Sumandeep Kaur bagged first, Shivani Saini second and Akanksha fourth position in the university in the IInd semester and the fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth was held by Mehakjot, Avneet Kaur and Simranjit Kaur respectively.

            Khalsa College Governing Council (KCGC) honourary secretary Rajinder Mohan Singh Chhina along with Principal Dr.Jaspal Singh today felicitated the students for attaining the merit positions. Principal said that in the Semester VIth examination also Sargunpreet Kaur, Ravneet Kaur and Anahadhdeep Kaur bagged first, second and fourth positions respectively.

            It is for the third consecutive years that the top university positions are being retained by the College students, said Principal. He said more students including Simranjit Kaur, Akwinder Kaur, Sukhmanpreet Kaur, Gurkirat Singh and Jatinder Kaur all from BA LLB Semster IVth bagged First, second, fourth, fifth and sixth position respectively. He said it was all due to the sheer hard work of the students and involvement of the faculty that such good results have been obtained. KCGC finance secretary Gunbir Singh, Prof.Shamsher Singh also felicitated the students on this impressive results.
