DAV Students Outshined in the University Exams

Amritsar, August 5 (Punjab Post Burea) – The students of DAV College Amritsar bagged various merit positions in the university examinations held in May 2016. In the recent results declared by the Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar, Neha and Navpreet Kaur, both Students of MSc (Computer Science)-IV bagged top two positions in the university examination. Neha bagged First position and Navpreet Kaur stood second in university. Principal Dr Rajesh Kumar congratulated merit holders along with their proud parents. Speaking on the occasion, Principal Dr. Rajesh Kumar said that the college is proud of achievements of the students and motivated them to keep it up. He also applauded the efforts of PG Department of Computer Science and Information Technology and congratulated Dr Amardeep Gupta, Head of the Department and other faculty members of the Department. On this occasion, Dr Daisy Sharma, Administrator, Prof sandeep Kumar and Prof Vivek Aggarwal also extended their heartiest congratulation to the students.
