
Amritsar, 23 November (Punjab Post Bureau) – The two days exhibition “Naqshaa-e-Ranga Rang” organized by the department of Lifelong Learning concluded at Guru Nanak Dev University. The valedictory function was presided over by the Registrar of the University Dr. Sharanjit Singh Dhillon, Dean Students’s welfare Dr. K.S. Kahlon & Dr. Ruchi Gupta from S.G.R.D Institute of Medical Sciences were the guests of honour of the occasion. The Guests were welcomed by the Director of the Department Dr. Gurpreet Kaur. She presented the details of the exhibition and congratulated the students and the faculty for good work done by them.
The Registrar appreciated the skills of the students and emphasised on the innovating the new skills. He underlined the fact that the skills of the students can be converted into an income generation activity. Dr. Ruchi Gupta appreciated the work done by the students of the department and hoped that the students would continue to improve their performance in the times to come. She also appreciated the fashion show and cultural programme presented by the department.Dr. K.S. Kahlon also louded the the work done by the students. S.Sukhdev Singh, Security Officer, Dr. Amit Kauts, Dr. Mrs. Deepa Kauti, Dr. Mrs. Jaswinder Dhillon, Dr. Mrs. Radha Sharma, Dr. Mrs. Paramjit Kaur, Dr. Mrs. Gurpreet Bal, and many other dignitories visited the exhibition and attended the valedictory function. The vote of thanks was presented by Mrs. Tejpal Kaur, Programme Assistant of the department.
