D.A.V. Public School selected for the first phase of Atal Tinkering Labs Innovation Challenge

 Amritsar, Dec. 3 (Punjab Post Bureau) –  D.A.V. Public School, Lawrence Road has been selected for the first phase of Atal Tinkering Labs Innovation Challenge by NITI Aayog, Govt. of India out of 13005 school applicants from all over the country. The ATL Innovation Challenge was held on 5^th November 2016 in six cities across the country – New Delhi, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Guwahati, Pune and Hyderabad. 595 schools were shortlisted and invited to participate in the challenge. The school was represented by a team comprising of Ms. Resham Sharma (Biology Faculty), Kritika Dev & Suryansh (XI-Medical) & Snehashish Roy and Kartikay Sharma (XI-Non-medical). The team showcased a scientific proposal through a presentation and model on developing environment friendly and sustainable technology for the city.
