Last date of Admission to Self-Employment Oriented Courses of GNDU till June 30

Amritsar, 12 June (Punjab Post Bureau)- The last date of Self-Employment Oriented Certificate and Diploma Courses session 2014-15 for Matriculate and Plus Two (+2) pass students of the Guru Nanak Dev University would be 30th June 2014. This course is being run by Life Long Learning Department of the University. Dr. (Mrs.) Gurpreet Kaur, Director of Life Long Learning Department said that at Amritsar Campus, there are seven diploma courses. She said that education qualification for one-year Certificate Course in Dress Designing, Cutting & Tailoring (for girls) and six month Certificate Course in Cosmetology (for girls) is Matirculation. She said that similarly, the education qualification for one year Diploma in Textile Designing (for girls), Fashion Technology (for girls), Cosmetology, Computer Application (for girls and boys) and Interior Designing & Decoration (for girls) is 10+2. She said that the admission forms for the same could be had from the office of the Department of the life long learning situated at the first (1st) floor of Working Women’s Hostel (University Campus). She said that the last date for submission of form is 30th June 2014.
