Jandiala Guru, January 28 (Harinder pal singh)- With the able guidance of Worthy Chairman Er. S.K Punj, MD Smt. Tripta Punj and JMD Ms. Anubha Punj, the 10th Foundation Day of Sri Sai Group of Institutes Manawala Amritsar celebrated Today .
This is a special day when the entire SSGI family has a chance to reflect not only the beginnings of the College and its founders, but also on the significant development since the College’s inception. Bhog Akhand Path Sahib held today. Chairman Er. S.K. Punj, MD Smt. Tripta Punj, JMD Ms. Anubha Punj, Director General SSGI Prof. S.K Murgai, Campus Director Dr. Sanjay Bahl, Director Principal SSCP Dr. Satyajit Singh, Dr. A.N Kalia Director-Pharmacy Badhani Campus, Dr. Yogesh Bhomia Director-Principal Engineering, Badhani Campus, Chaman Lal Registrar SSGI Manawala and all staff members and students of SSGI Manawala graced the occasion with their auspicious presence. All the dignitaries were felicitated with “Siropa” as a token of Blessings. After the Bhog ceremony pious hymns were sung by “Raagi Jatha”. After that “Guru Ka Langar” was served to all the dignitaries, staff and students.
It is a day set aside to celebrate our history and revisit and reconnect with the continuing journey of the College. We celebrate that we are blessed with such beautiful surroundings and wonderful facilities. We celebrate the joy of learning as we develop in mind, body and spirit, and we celebrate the bond that we share with past and present members of the SSGI Family. We also gave thanks to the Management for the developments undertaken since the last Foundation Day celebration. These include new classrooms, the Early Learning Centre and playground.
