Placement Drive held at DAV College

Amritsar, February, 23 (Punjab Post Bureau) – The Placement and Training cell of the DAV College, Amritsar successfully invited the renowned company DHFL for the Campus Placement today. Mr Rajinder Seth, Senior Branch Manager and Mr. Munish luthra, Executive Sales Manager, DHFL (Deewan Housing Finance ltd.) company to select most eligible candidates for the post of Insurance Manager. Four students got selected by the company with the salary package of Rs 2,40,000 plus incentives. Dr. Rajesh Kumar congratulated Dr Amardeep Gupta, In charge of the Placement Cell and Head of the department of Computer Science & IT, College Administrator Dr Daisy Sharma, Dr. Laxmikant, Dr. Kamal Kishore, Prof Arif Nazir for their sincere efforts to provide campus placements facility to the large number of students.

 Dr. Amardeep Gupta, In charge of the Placement Cell and Head of the department of Computer Science & IT also congratulated students who got selected during the placement drive.  He also informed that during this academic session, the various companies like Tech. Mahindra, Concentrix, AON, TCS Ignite and DHFL visited the college campus and selected most efficient students from the different streams BA, BSC, BCOM, BBA, BJMC,, BSC (Bio- Tech), BSc Medical and non medical, BSc (IT), PGDCA, MSc (Physics,Computer Science, Maths) and MCom for various posts.
