Seminar on Digital Payment Awareness at DAV Public School

 Amritsar, April 11 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Punjab Battalion NCC conducted a seminar on Digital Payment Awarenss at DAV  Public School, Lawrence Road for the NCC cadets. The whole session offered an engaging way to cover the subject of digital payment and to transform India into a cashless economy. The speaker, Subedar Pyareram, told about the various digital payment systems which are appropriate to different sectors of economy and how to make them accessible and user friendly. He asserted that digital means of monetary dealings are safe, easy, convenient and transparent. The whole session was quite enriching. The facilitator provided room to the participants to vent out their views and also took their queries. Dr. Neera Sharma, Principal of the school thanked the guest and added that electronic payment system is very convenient, time saving and it reduces the risk of loss & theft. She also emphasised that all these developments are considered to be good for the healthy growth of the economy.
