DAV Public School Celebrating Success with Champions

Amritsar, May 28 (Punjab Post Bureau) –  City Topper Premansh Sahni of DAV Public School Lawrence Road shines  with 98% in Humanities followed by Gauri  Gupta (Science) with 97.4% and Aayush Chaudhary  (Science) and  Ritika Vij (Commerce) with 97.2%  who secured Second and Third Position in school respectively.

With the declaration of CBSE class XII result today, blessings poured in from Arya Ratan Padmashree Dr.  Punam Suri President DAV CMC New Delhi who was  all praise for the students of the school for the glorious result in class XII examination. He complimented the passion, enthusiasm and concern of the school in grooming the students for excellence.

“ The result of the school is outstanding as always’, said  Sh. J.P Shoor Director PS – I and Aided Schools DAV CMC New Delhi as he sent his felicitations to the successful students  who had made DAV fraternity proud with their performance.

Dr. (Mrs.) Neelam Kamra Regional Director Punjab Zone–A expressed her exuberance at the phenomenal result of  the school. She said that being an epitome of excellence, the school had always endeavoured for merit and the class XII result has endorsed it. The Manager of the school, Dr. Rajesh Kumar, Principal DAV College Amritsar also said that the result of the school is very appreciable and show sincere efforts of the teachers in guiding the students.

Jubilant Premansh said, “There’s no substitute for hard work and practice and one should always have a positive attitude towards life.” She attributed her success to the constant guidance of her teachers and warm blessings of her Principal and parents. The overall result of the school was splendid with 12 students scoring above 95 % and 82 students scoring above 90 %.

Dr. Neera Sharma Principal of the school  was elated at the result. She said,” The students have performed as expected.” She further said that each new batch sets a bar higher for the next. This year, she added, 389 students appeared for the exam.  The impressive results were the result of  a balanced  curriculum which also allowed focus on sports, art, music etc. She was much obliged and indebted to the expert and invaluable guidance received from her mentors for this rewarding result.
