BBK DAV student shines in All India Exhibition of Art

Amritsar, Jan 19 (Punjab Post Bureau)- Kaveri Arora a student of Bachelor of Fine Arts Sem-8^th , BBK DAV College for Women, Amritsar brought laurels to the college by winning cash prize of Rs.21,000/- and a silver plaque at 81^st All India Exhibition of Art organized by Indian Academy of Fine Arts, Amritsar. Using acrylic on canvas as her medium, she created an art work titled ‘Techno Art’. She was awarded the prize by Mr. Ravi Bhagat, Deputy Commissioner, Amritsar. Principal Dr. Pushpinder Walia applauded her efforts and motivated her to be an achiever in life. She also appreciated the efforts of teachers Dr. Jiwan Sodhi and Mr. Shailender who guided her for the competition. BBK DAV student shines in All India Exhibition of Art.
