DAV College Unit of PCCTU staged a sit in Dharna in the college campus

Amritsar, Dec. 3 (Punjab Post Bureau) – DAV College Unit of PCCTU staged a sit in Dharna in the college campus as per the directive from AIFUCTO and PCCTU to observe a countrywide “Save Higher Education” drive. Joint Secretary Dr. Munish Gupta addressed various issues pertaining to higher education and the Seventh Pay Commission Report. Dr. B.B Yadav Secretary Staff Council and Dr. Malkiat Singh, District President PCCTU flayed the government for its callous attitude towards the long standing demands of teachers. Dr. Darshandeep, Prof. Arif Nazir, Prof. G.S Sidhu, Dr. Vikram Chaudhary, Dr. Neeraj Gupta, Prof. Sameer Kalia, Prof. Vikram Sharma, Dr. Parveen Kumari, Prof. AshimaWalia, Prof. Anita Sekhri and Dr. Ajay Kumar were also present.
