Remarkable Performance by DAV Students

Amritsar, Dec. 4 (Punjab Post Bureau) – 25^th National Children Congress 2017 was organised by the State Council  for Science  and Technology, Chandigarh at Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Engineering College from 28^th to 30^th  November on the focal theme, “Science, Technology and Innovation for Sustainable  Development”. A team of five students from DAV Public School, Lawrence Road participated in it and bagged the Second Position at State Level, out of 55 teams which participated  in it. The team comprised  of Danish Gandhi (Std IX) ,Ritvik Chauhan ( Std IX) , Vandit Khanna ( Std IX) , Girish Abrol (Std X)  and Vishwam Salwan (Std X). Their project and presentation were highly appreciated by the judges and they have qualified for the National level. Regional Director Punjab Zone–A Dr.  Neelam Kamra and Manager of the school.Dr. Rajesh Kumar congratulated the students for their creative passion and blessed them for their future endeavours. Dr. Neera Sharma rincipal of the school, applauded the students and teachers for putting in their best. She encouraged them to keep up the good work and keep reaching for the stars.
