Teacher’s Day celebrated at Sri Guru Harkrishan International School, Ranjit Avenue

Amritsar, Sept. 4 (Manjit Kaur) – Sri Guru Harkrishan International School, Ranjit Avenue, celebrated Teacher’s Day with full pomp and show today.The function started with the school shabad. Distinguished Guests were invited to grace the occasion. The children of the school presented the cultural programme including dance, songs and play. Oath was taken by teachers and students to enlighten themselves. The Managers of the school S. Nirmal Singh, S. Harjeet Singh Chadha and Mrs. Amarpali Kaur honored the chief Guest S. Charanjit Singh Chadha President (CKDCS), S. Narinder Singh Khurana (Hony. Secretary, CKDCS), S. Santokh Singh Sethi, Er. Jaspal Singh, S. Harminder Singh, S. Pritpal Singh Sethi and other dignitaries.   The Chief Guest S. Charanjit Singh Chadha President (CKDCS) congratulated the Teachers on this Special Day. He honored three teachers (S. Kanwaljit Singh, Mrs. Priya, Mrs. Jaspreet Kaur) of the school with Teacher of the Year Award. He motivated all the teachers to give their best and take the school to the heights of success. Dr. Dharamveer Singh Director Education, CKDCS inspired the teachers to be a role model for the students. Principal Ms. Ripudaman K. Malhotra gave a vote of thanks to all the dignitaries for having spared their precious time for this function. The function ended with the National Anthem.
