CKDIMT provides valuable information to Australian students delegates

 

Amritsar, Sept. 17 (Manjit Kaur)- A PPN17091408team of Australian delegates headed by Dr. Jagvinder Singh Virk, Vice Chancellor (VC) of King’s International University (KIU) and chairman of Indian Australian Strategic Alliance (IASA), Govt. of Tonga, and Australia visited CKDIMT. Australian delegates were cordially welcomed by S. Harminder Singh (Addl. Hony. Sectretary) and Dr. Dharmveer Singh (Director Education) of CKDIMT, S. Ramneek Singh Arora (Member-in-Charge) of CKD Institute at Chabhal and Dr. H.S. Sandhu (Principal of CKDMIT). VC of KIU delivered his views in a seminar on Professional courses in Australia and gave tips for carrying out higher studies and exploring placement avenues abroad. He explained various educational fields available in Australia for higher studies and the expenses involved therein. While emphasizing the value of vocational and technical courses , he added that Skilled Development Workers are in high demand there. VC of KIU  also  invited the Sri Harkrishan Public School and college students to Australia for higher studies and assured all possible assistance and cooperation to them in this context. Dr. Dharamveer Singh purposed the vote of thanks to all esteemed guests. Mr. Kamalpreet Khera (Vice President of IASA);  Mr. Rajinder Singh Marwaha and Mr. Paramjit Singh Makkar (Head Placements) and other esteemed guests were also present on this occasion.
