Army, Police and Bsf Coordinate Security in Pathankot

Pathankot, 23 June (Punjab Post Bureau) – Army reviewed the security mechanism in Pathankot with BSF and Punjab Police in a meeting orgainsed in Mamun Cantonment in view of the statement made by the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Home Affairs regarding likelihood of yet another  terrorist strike at Air Force Station Pathankot.

            The meeting was attended by senior officers of Army, Punjab Police, BSF and Intelligence agencies. The agencies reviewed the security situation and coordinated enhanced security measures to prevent any such threat in the future. The security agencies are not taking any chance and implementing additional measures.
