The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi presented the National MSME Awards to the winners, at a function, at Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), in Ludhiana on October 18, 2016. The Governor of Punjab and Administrator of Chandigarh, Shri V.P. Singh Badnore and the Chief Minister of Punjab, Shri Parkash Singh Badal are also seen.
