Gold Medal in National Shooting Championship

Jalandhar, November 21 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Cadet Megha Luthra of 2 Punjab (Girls) Battalion NCC Jalandhar won Gold Medal in prestigious All India GV Mavlankar Shooting Competition held at Mumbai recently.  She competed with NCC cadets from all over India.  Cadet Megha Luthra had also won Gold Medal in Inter Directorate Shooting Competition at Asansol. She has also won many medals in various other Shooting competitions.  Col Atul Shah, Commanding Officer 2 Punjab (Girls) Battalion NCC congratulated for her splendid performance. He highlighted that the performance of cadet Megha has brought laurels to the Unit and motivated her for better performance in further National and International events and assured her to provide with the best training and weapons for practice by the unit and wished her all the best for further competitions.
