Inter School Shabad Gaya Competition by CKD

Amritsar, December 16 (Punjab Post Burea)- Divine Kirtan rent the air as Gurudwara Sahib Chief Khalsa Diwan Charitable Society observed the Inter school Shabad Gayan Competition which was dedicated to 350^th birth anniversary of Sri Gobind Singh Ji and Golden Jubilee year of Sri Guru Harkrishan Sr. Sec. Public School G.T.Road. There were twelve teams in all who participated in this divine competition.  Religious hyms by the students created an aura of mysticism and spiritually. Charanjit Singh Chadha President Chief Khalsa Diwan Charitable Society, S. Narinder Singh Khurana (Hony Secy), S.Navpreet Singh Sahni, S. Harminder Singh (Member Incharge) blessed the students and urged to follow the path shown by Gurus.  Thereafter prizes were given away by the management in which first Prize was shared by Sri Guru Harkrishan Sr. Sec. Public School (G.T.Road & Basant Avenue).  Second Prize was shared by Bhagtanwala Branch & Majitha Road Branch.  Third position holder was SGHPS Sur Singh, Bhikhiwind and SGHPS Sultanwind.  Principal/Director Dr. Dharamveer Singh also motivated the students to follow the footsteps of their Sikh Gurus who scarified their lives, comfort & family to serve humanity.
