HYATT visited CKD Institute for Summer Training Drive

Amritsar, May, 14 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Hyatt Amritsar, a 5 star deluxe hotel visited CKD Institute of Management and Technology (CKDIMT), Amritsar for Summer Internship Drive of MBA students, who will be passing out in 2017. Two senior executives Mr. Ashutosh Phadke (Human Resource Manager,) and Mr. Prashant Patil (Assistant Manager Learning,) conducted the internship drive. Dr. H.S. Sandhu, Principal and senior faculity warmly welcomed the company officials. Mr. Ashutosh interacted with students and shared his wide experience of hotel Industry. From more than 25 students who appeared, as many as six candidates were shortlisted through rigorous placement process. Finally two MBA students were selected namely Rahat Duggal and Bhavneet Kaur Kochar.

Dr. Mrs S.K Mahal, Member Incharge and Dr. H.S. Sandhu, Principal of CKDIMT said that our aim is to provide a unique platform to the students by acting as a link between the industries and the academia. They further added that our college imparts training to the students from the first year onwards laying emphasis on motivational and communication skills, group discussions and interview techniques which play a vital role in securing good jobs in National and Multinational Companies. They also appreciated the efforts of Mr. Jagdeep Pannu (Head Placement and Corporate Relations) for arranging such drives.
