Amritsar, Mar. 29 (Punjab Post Bureau)- Terming the visit of Pakistan’s Joint Investigation Team (JIT) to probe Pathankot attacks as “disgusting”, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) senior leader Gurpreet Ghuggi today said that India does not need any ‘certificate’ from Pakistan on authenticity of probe conducted by Indian investigation agencies. “It is unfortunate that the largest democracy of the world is now dependant on the JIT sent by the Pakistan, where conspiracy of attack was held and its masterminds are enjoying Nawaz Sharif’s patronage, to probe Pathankot attacks,”, Ghuggi said while addressing the gathering at Sultan village during ‘Majha Jodo’ campaign of Aam Aadmi Party(AAP). Although, it was expected to be small gathering of village, but response of people was so high that within minutes, it turned into a massive rally with attentive and responsive crowd. “Let Prime Minister Modi explain, Why he hasn’t faith in the investigation of Indian Agencies?, Where was the need to invite Pakistan’s team to probe Pathankot Attacks?, What, if Pakistan team denies any role of its nationals in the attack?”, quipped Ghuggi adding that India has already accepted its weakness and defeat against cross-border terrorism by allowing visit of JIT. AAP leader said that apart from cross-border terrorism, people of Punjab are also facing Narcotic Terrorism, patronage by Akalis. “I am surprised to know that drug is available in this village at every nook & corner and paddlers have no fear of Police”, Ghuggi said while asking the gathering that is it possible without the political patronage? Reply from the crowd was obvious. “Youth of Punjab is directionless in the absence of job opportunities which dragged them deep into the drug dragnet”, Ghuggi said claiming that coming AAP government in Punjab would not only generate employments, but give direction to the youth to bring back the state on the track of ‘prosperity’ for which Punjab used to be known. Later on State Convener of AAP, Sucha Singh Chhotepur also joined Ghuggi at New Amritsar and at King Palace opposite GNDU campus, where gathering was addressed by the AAP leaders.
