DAV College Wins Ball Badminton Championship

Amritsar, Sept. 18 (Punjab Post Bureau) – DAV College team bagged top position in Inter College Ball Badminton Championship defeating other teams who participated in this championship organized by Guru Nanak Dev University. Principal Dr. Rajesh Kumar congratulated the students for their efforts and motivated them for participating in such events. He also added that sports always has profound connection with human feelings and these emotions always motivate individuals to move for further enhancement in their lives.

             Dr. B B Yadav, Head Department Physical Education said that such events are very necessary for student’s upliftment which enhances their physical as well as mental skills. He also added that students of our college Judgewinder Singh, Sunny Kumar, Karan Singh, Lovepreet Singh, Ankush Sharma, Sujoy Thakur, Vedant Rajesh and Ranjit defeated students of Khalsa Collge, Sultanpur Lodhi, Hindu College Amritsar and Janta College, Kartarpur and Bagged top position in league Match. Dr. Vikas Bhardwaj, Dr. Sandeep Kumar and Prof. Davinder Singh also wished luck to students.
