“Career opportunities in TCS” seminar by TCS at BBK DAV College Women

Amritsar, Feb. 17 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Under the aegis of the Placement cell and PG Department of Computer Science and Applications of BBK DAV College, TCS organized a one day seminar on “Career Opportunities in TCS” on 8^th Feb, 2018. TCS is an International brand offering IT Services, Consultancy and Business solutions with largest market Capitalization, considered as one of the most innovative companies worldwide.

A large number of students of BCA, BSc (IT) and BSc(CS) attended the seminar. In an extensive interactive session, Mr. Suresh Sathia Senior consultant TCS introduced the students to the various career prospects in the TCS. He focused on the fact that TCS Ignite Program is the best medium to crack TCS employment exam and to get entry in the top multinational companies.

He added that aptitude, ability to learn and intermediate level of communication skills are the main requirements to be on firm toes in TCS and other corporate sectors.

Speaking on the occasion, Principal Dr. Pushpinder Walia motivated the students to work hard in this competitive era. Ms. Kiran Gupta, Head of PG Dept. of Computer Science and Applications and Mr. Manoj Puri, Incharge Placement Cell, thanked TCS officials for enlightening the students.
