DAV Public School Students Perform Exceptionally in Karate

Amritsar, 9 May (Punjab Post Bureau) 8^th ISKA Punjab State Karate Do Championship was held recently at Celebration Mall. Many schools of Amritsar participated in the championship . The students of DAV Public School, Lawrence Road , Amritsar performed  exceptionally well and clinched two Gold  medals and 2 Silver medals in different  categories. Sanket Arora of Std VII bagged Gold  medal in U – 12 , Arnav Seth of VII bagged  Gold Medal in U – 12 , Sanvi Sharma of Std IV  won Silver medal in U – 9 and Anurag Bharti of Std XI won Silver medal in U – 16 category. Regional Director , Punjab Zone – A , Dr. (Mrs.) Neelam  Kamra and the Manager of the school , Dr. Rajesh Kumar Principal DAV College , Hathi Gate , Amritsar congratulated the students  for the brilliant performance. Dr. Neera Sharma , Principal of the school blessed  the students and encouraged them to put in  their best  and win laurels for the school  and the country.
