Amritsar, September 23 (Punjab Post Bureau)- NCC cadets of BBK DAV College for women made the college proud by winning overall trophies in two camps organized at Mai Bhago Polytechnic College, Amritsar and Khalsa College, Amritsar.
In ATC Camp organized at Mai Bhago Polytechnic College, cadets won positions in competitions like Tug-of-war, NCC Quiz, GK Quiz, Drill, Map Reading, Debate, Group Dance, 100 mt. Rale and Weapon Training. In NIC Camp organized at Khalsa College, cadets won prizes in Inter-group Quiz Competition and Inter-group Dance Competition. Cadets from over fifteen states of India participated in the camp.
Principal Dr. Pushpinder Walia congratulated the cadets for their achievements and motivated them to adopt the motto of NCC in their daily lives. Dr. Jeevan Sodhi, Co-coordinator, NCC and Lt. (Dr.) Harsimran Kaur, Incharge NCC Wing thanked Principal Dr. Pushpinder Walia for giving unconditional support to the NCC Wing of the college and felicitated students on their splendid performance.
