KT:Kala celebrated its 11th anniversary and organised an exhibition ‘The PRINTS’

 Amritsar, July 11 (Punjab Post Bureau) – KT:Kala celebrated its 11th anniversary and organised an exhibition the PRINTS of international legend artists like Picasso, Edgar Degas, Rembrandt, Salvador Dali, Vincent Van Gogh, Raja Ravi Verma, Sobha Singh etc.This exhibition is very useful for the art students and budding artists. They can learn a lot from these Prints. Exhibition shall remain open till July 24, 2022. A catalog of this exhibition was also released on the occasion.

                 ‘KT Art Studio’ by KAUSA TRUST was inaugurated by artists themselves by signing on a canvas. This working art studio is a special gift for the artists of Amritsar where they can sit together and work together without any charge. This art studio is air conditioner and available for all artists of the city. The artist can sit and work here for six days a week. As per tradition of KAUSA Trust, there will no charges of any kind will be taken from artists. It is free for all charges. It is the first of its kind art studio for Amritsar artists, said Brajesh Jolly Director KT Kala Amritsar. 

                      It is remembered that Kausa Trust Amritsar is working for the promotion of art and culture and doing charity since 2008.  After opening of its KT:Kala museum on 09 July 2011, it becomes a major art center of the city. KT has a good collection of original painting, prints, posters, cards, craft items, books etc. Many art exhibitions, art workshops, art Competitions are organized from time to time.

                 Secretary Rajesh Raina Treasurer Dr. K.R Tuli, Anil Dutta, Kulwant S Gill, Mala Chawla, Narinder Singh Sculptor, Bharti Malhotra, Kanchan Arora, Sapna Bajaj, Gursharan Kaur, Navneet Kaur, Teena Shrma, Vanshika, Dr. Lalit Gopal Parashar, Gulshan Sadana and many more senior and budding artists and art lovers of the city were present in large on this occasion.
