KT:Kala invites online entries from artists on the contemporary theme of “Corona COVID-19” virus

Amritsar, August 8 (Punjab Post Bureau) – KT: Kala invited online entries from artists across the country on the contemporary theme of “Corona COVID-19” virus, which received an overwhelming and enthusiastic response from across the country.

               A Zoom Cloud meeting was hosted by Brajesh jolly.  The online exhibition was inaugurated by Mrs. Swaroop Dar from New Delhi. Rajesh Raina welcomed and congratulated the award winners. Dr. K.R. Tuli Treasurer congratulated the participants. Rohit Caul presented his best wishes to the participants. Many Renowned artists like Bhupinder S. Nanda, Kulwant S. Gill, Dr. Neeta Mohindra and many others congratulated and appreciated the efforts of KT: Kala for holding this online exhibition. The inauguration meeting was attended a number of artists and art lovers like Narinder Singh Sculptor, Ravinder Dhillon, Atul Mehra, Navneet Kaur, Anita Gupta, Alka Chadha Harplani. In this Zoom cloud meeting 100 artists and art lovers were present.

            Brajesh Jolly Director KT:Kala said that our eminent jury namely Vijender Sharma from New Delhi Dr. Neeta Mohindra from Mumbai, Dr. Anupam Bhatnagar from Ajmer, Dr.  Baldev Gambhir and Brajesh Jolly from Amritsar finalised ten equals awards of Rs. 3000/- and they also finalised 12 highly commended Certificate Awards along with They also selected 50 art works for display. The cash award winners are Aarthi Singh from Tamil Nadu, Gurvinder Singh Musavar from Kapurthala, Hardeep Singh from Khanna, Loveleen Kaur from Amritsar, Mohammed Suleman from Samastipur Bihar, Pradeepta Kishore Das from Rajasthan, Danish from Amritsar, Shambhu Nath Goswami  from New Delhi, Rajnish Kumar from Patiala, Neeraj Manoj Adsul from Pune(Maharashtra) said Brajesh Jolly.

                  The names of the Highly Commended Certificate Awardees include Alka Chadha Harpalani from Bangalore, Aziz Verma from Pathankot, Deepak Kumar, Harshit Bhalla from Gurdaspur, Kanchan Arora, Vanshika from Amritsar, Rajendra Prasad Meena from Rajasthan, Ravi Ravraj from Patiala, Samir Kumar from Odisha, Shailender Kumar from Jalandhar, Aditya Bhatia and Navneet Kaur from Amritsar.

                Award money will be transferred in the bank accounts of the winners through NEFT. The online link published to see the catalogue of the exhibition on social media like YouTube and Facebook etc. The link will be daily shared till 15th August 2020, said Jolly.
