Pool Campus Drive at DAV College

Amritsar, Feb. 8 (Punjab Post Bureau) – The Placement and Training cell of the DAV College conducted a placement drive on February 7-8, 2018 in which renowned company TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) was invited for the Pool Campus Drive. The placement drive was organized for graduates and post graduates of various Colleges and Universities from Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chandigarh and Jammu and Kashmir. The HR and Technical team consisiting of Dr. Suresh Sathiya, Vignesh Palanimuthu, Saurabh Rawat, Priyadharshini Sridhar, Aravindhan M, Priyanka Pandey, S.Kaushik conducted the drive to select eligible candidates for the post of technical trainee. About 450 students participated in this drive enthusiastically.

            Dr. Rajesh Kumar appreciated the efforts of placement cell headed by Prof Vikram Sharma, Head Department of Computer Science &Information Technology for organizing such drives in the college and for providing opportunities to the students to earn their livelihood. Prof. Vikram Sharma, Incharge of the Placement Cell and Head department of Computer Science & IT congratulated the students for their participation during the placement drive.

             Dr. Kamal Kishore, Prof. Sandeep Sharma, Prof. Arif Nazir, Prof. Sania Sareen and Prof. Navneet were also present during the placement drive.
