Saksham Sharma of DAV Public School ranked 1st in JEE Advanced Exam in Punjab

Amritsar, July 9 ( Punjab Post Bureau)-  Saksham Sharma of Std XII Non–Med has brought laurels and honour to his Prestigious Almamater  DAV Public  School Lawrence Road  by cracking the JEE Advanced Examination as  the Ist Ranker in Punjab and the 10^th Position  at the All India level . He was garlanded by Sh.J.K.Kapur, Secretary  DAVCMC , New Delhi and Sh. J.P.Shoor (Director PS I and aided schools all  extended their benevolent blessings to the rising  star, and his family for the glorious result , and wishes him a Promising future ahead  . It is a Proud moment as Saksham through sheer dint of Merit and hardwork has been awareded the NTSE and KVYP Scholarship as well.

 The Reliance Foundation has offered “Dhirubhai Ambani Scholarship 2014” to meritorious students of Standard XII for pursuing their college education. The name of Mr. Saksham Suman Kumar Sharma has been chosen by CBSE from our school for this scholarship.  Regional Director Amritsar Zone Dr.(Mrs.) Neelam Kamra Principal  BBK DAV College for Women, Lawrence Road , Amritsar and the Manager of the school Dr. K.N. Kaul Principal DAV College , Hathi Gate , Amritsar applauded the efforts of the student and the school for preparing them extensively and thoroughly for the challenges ahead.
